Bridgnorth Town Council has collated the following information for services and support available during the Coronavirus outbreak
The Town Council is inviting professional photographers to submit quotes to provide photographic services at Town Council and civic events for 2018/2019.
We hold two civic events each year:
Annual Meeting/Mayor Making – This is held on the evening of the Thursday before the third Tuesday in May each year from 7pm at the Town Hall and afterwards at the Castle Hall until approx. 10pm.
Civic Sunday – This is held on the Sunday before the third Tuesday in May each year for about three hours.
The Town Council is also involved with Remembrance Sunday. It involves meeting in the Castle Grounds for a short service, followed by a procession which travels back to St Leonard’s Church.
In 2018 we are holding the following events:
Bridgnorth Town Carnival – To be held on Saturday 23rd June
Heart of England in Bloom – July
Teddy Bear’s Picnic – To be held in the Castle Grounds on Wednesday 25th July from 11am – 2pm
Christmas lights event – Held mid/late November each year from 4pm – 9pm
Other events may be added during the year, with dates of the above events confirmed in due course.
The quote could be based on a yearly charge or charges per event.
