Bridgnorth Town Council has collated the following information for services and support available during the Coronavirus outbreak
The Town Council wishes to tender for quotes for the provision of attending and taking photographs at Town Council and Civic events for 2017/2018.
We hold two Civic events each year:
Annual Meeting/Mayor Making – This is held on the evening of the Thursday before the third Tuesday in May each year from 7pm at the Town Hall and afterwards at the Castle hall until approx. 10pm.
Civic Sunday – This is held on the Sunday before the third Tuesday in May each year for about three hours.
The Town Council is also involved with Remembrance Sunday. It involves meeting in the Castle Grounds then parading back to St Leonard’s Church.
In 2017 we are holding the following events:
St. George’s Day Celebrations – to be held in the Castle Grounds on Sunday 23rd April – 12noon to 4pm
Proms in the Pews – To be held in St Mary’s Church, Saturday 10th June from 7pm
Bridgnorth Town Carnival – To be held on Saturday 24th June from 12 noon – 10pm
Heart of England in Bloom – July
Teddy Bear’s Picnic – To be held in the Castle Grounds on Wednesday 26th July from 11am – 2pm
Christmas lights event – To be held in the High Street on 17th November each year from 4pm – 9pm
The quote could be based on a yearly charge or charges per event.
