Bridgnorth Town Council Elections
Have you ever thought of becoming a local Town Councillor and help play a part in the collective decision making about the future of the town you live in, and in some cases work in? The elections are due to be held in May 2017.
The term of office is four years. To qualify to stand you must be over 18, a UK, European or Commonwealth Citizen and an elector in, work in, live in or live within three miles of Bridgnorth. Anyone elected is the holder of a public office and is set to adhere to obligations set out in the Code of Conduct of the Town Council. Open events are being held at the Town Council offices, St. Leonards Close on Saturday 4th March 9 a.m. – 12 noon and Monday 6th March 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
