Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)
for Extension and Refurbishment of the Annexe Building adjacent to Bridgnorth Town Council offices converting into the New Mayors Chamber and associated works including refurbishment of the existing chamber into office space
Subject : Construction works
Introduction : Bridgnorth Town Council (BTC) are seeking to extend and refurbish the existing annexe building and create the New Mayors Chamber. The works will include new toilet facilities and refurbishment of the existing chamber room converting into office space. All works will be with or adjacent to a Grade II listed building and within the conservation area.
Requirements : Please provide the following information
- Company Profile
- Examples / Case Studies of similar works (Grade II listed building work) and office conversion within an existing building
- Qualifications and Accreditations
- Copy of Insurance
