Bridgnorth Town Council has collated the following information for services and support available during the Coronavirus outbreak
The Town Council are responsible for the Charter Market beneath the Town Hall in the High Street. The Town Council also owns five pitches extending along a 120 foot stretch of the High Street and these stalls are permanently let to traders.
The Market is held on a Friday and Saturday, with a Market on Sundays which is run on the Town Council’s behalf. For more information about the Sunday Market, please visit our Specialty Markets page.
There are 23 pitches, each measuring approximately 8ft x 6ft. It is £11.00 per week for a single pitch which is invoiced in advance each month. These are also let on a permanent basis, with some of our traders having been with us for over 50 years. One of our pitches on the Saturday Market is reserved for our Charity Stall.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not adding to the current market offer. If you are interested in joining the waiting list for a stall under the Town Hall on either Friday or Saturday or for more information, please call us on 01746 762231 or email [email protected]
